Gray Scale Mask 란 Plate( glass ) 위 감광 물질을 통하여 원하는 3D Structure가 형성되어 있는 Mask로
Imprint 공정의 Grand Mother Mold 로 사용 되는 원판을 말합니다.
Gray Scale Mask Process
감광 물질에 Direct Expose 를 통하여 UV Intensity 를 조절 하여 Structure 를 형성 하는 방식으로 제작합니다.
